Remote and on-site assistance

All our equipment has a router for internet connection. This router enables to connect directly to the network without passing through the corporate network, where management data traffic takes place.

With the authorised connection is possible to make our personnel intervening remotely to check: malfunctions, management mistakes, drive parameterization, that is to say the whole equipment operation. 

This service can also be agreed H24, against 1-year fee. It is possible also to receive phone consultancies for suggestions, doubts, instructions for machine’s management.
